AOTO MIP Technology

AOTO’s MIP technology comprises two paths: MicroLED In Package and MiniLED In Package. 

This technology employs smaller light-emitting chips, achieving enhanced narrow pixel pitch display. Paired with flip chip and common cathode technologies, it effectively boosts product stability and reduces energy consumption.

The application of the special black coatings on the surface improves color and black uniformity, while providing features of low glare, low reflection, and minimal Moiré patterns.

Thanks to AOTO’s black coatings technology within MIP, the MIP series effortlessly achieves a ultra-high contrast ratio. This creates distinct and intricate levels between bright and dark display areas. Combined with support for a 110% NTSC color gamut, the result is a lifelike visual experience that captivates the audience.

Seven Protection

With the support of a seven-tier protection system, CV MIP Series excels in various complex environments, offering exceptional features such as dustproof, Moist-proof, anti-collision, anti-static, and blue light filtering etc. Especially designed for environments prone to dirt and complexity, like subway interior tracks, it demonstrates remarkable product reliability, significantly extending the lifespan.

Lamp Repairable

MIP technology allows to repair the damaged lamp if necessary. The customer can fix it locally, no need to send the malfunction module back to the factory, which significantly saves time and cost.

LIGHTWEIGHT & BEAUTY

The cabinet boasts a slim 38mm thickness and lightweight construction of just 5kg, facilitating cost savings in transportation and installation. Its internally designed quick-connect ensures a tidy and convenient assembly.

MINI 4 in1 Technology

Patented Mini 4-in-1 technology with nano-coating on the surface ensures consistent black color as well as enhances contrast.

Wider Content Coverage

CV series has a large viewing angle of 160°, ensuring the better consistency in terms of color and image at the place that is out of position. It significantly improves the effect of better content playing.

Ultra-Low Power

The product applies common cathode and flip chip technologies, as well as energy-saving driver chip, significantly decreasing 34% of power consumption.

With a high refresh rate of 3840Hz, the display delivers ultra-smooth visual performance. Industry-leading brightness and chroma calibration technology minimizes distortion and ensures accurate color reproduction. HDR technology vividly reveals every detail of high-definition imagery, creating an immersive viewing experience.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

By selecting high-brightness LED chips, the power consumption reducing by 50% under the same brightness level. The display adopts a full die-cast aluminum cabinet with excellent heat dissipation for the power supply. Additionally, the flip-chip technology and multi-layer PCB design ensure low thermal resistance, effectively reducing heat accumulation from the light source and enabling fast and uniform heat dissipation.

110%NTSC

Easily achieving a broadcast-level color gamut of 110% NTSC, combined with surface anti-reflection treatment and an ultra-wide 170° viewing angle, the display delivers more delicate color performance and significantly enhances the overall viewing experience.

Full flip-chip COB Technology

Featuring a unique COB packaging technology and full flip-chip design for red, green, and blue LEDs, the product adopts a wire-free process to ensure superior stability and reliability. With a front-facing IP65 protection rating, it effectively addresses issues such as dust, moisture, static electricity, salt spray, and oxidation.
