Customer Service Center
1. Responsible for customer service work in the region;
2. Service contract renewal and maintaining;
3. Communicate with China headquarters;
4. Support exhibitions in the region;
5. Support pre-sales demo and technical service;
6. Cooperate and feedback to call center in headquarters;
7. Provide solutions and technical references for the LED display projects.
8. Submit reports about installation, technical training and routine inspection.
9. Edit instruction for installation, maintenance and training.
1. College’s education or above;
2. Majored in electrical, electronics, communication, computer, etc.;
3. Field service experience is a must.
