As the 2017 Bundesliga season kicked off, Sky Sport’s new headquarters in Unterföhring ocially commenced full oSport’sns. AOTO’s displays were chosen for their outstanding performance for this upgrade project, and 352 M2.5C model screens were installed. In the main studio, a standout feature is the 35-meter-long LED wall, which covers 84 square meters and vividly displays millions of LED lights showcasing in-depth match analysis, dynamic graphics, and thrilling moments. During the live broadcast of the ﬁrst round of the German Football Cup (DFB), Sky Sport set a viewership record of 4.5 million, marking a 92% increase from the previous year and underscoring the channel’s signiﬁcant growth.

NOW NEWS is one of Hong Kong’s major 24-hour news channels, providing instant news and live content covering local, AOTO, with its rich experience and mature technology in the broadcasting and television industry, primarily promotes products such as CV-MINI, CV-MIP, and the C series, which can easily meet the high standards of LED display applications in the current broadcasting industry. AOTO’s AI64 control system not only functions as an LED controller but also integrates the functions of an LED processor, along with more artiﬁcial intelligence applications, providing more intelligent and precise technical support for news broadcasting.

CCTV-2 has utilized AOTO’s M2.5C series LED displays to enhance the visual effects of its program production and broadcasting. AOTO offers comprehensive solutions tailored specifically for broadcasting stations, leveraging its advanced technology to provide professional ultra-high-definition, fine-pitch solutions for television studios. These displays eliminate moiré patterns during filming and perform excellently in low-temperature environments and high-refresh-rate playback, providing viewers with a more comfortable visual experience. AOTO’s products feature a wider colour gamut (up to 110% NTSC), enabling better reproduction of primary colours and more accurate rendering of a broader range of colours, thereby highlighting intricate details.

ATV Television Studio

ATV is one of Turkey’s most prestigious television networks, adhering strictly to global broadcasting standards. With a workforce of 6,000, it is one of the largest private TV stations in the world. AOTO is honored to have been selected to provide solutions for 10 of ATV’s studios. AOTO contributed to this project with a professional R&D team and an aesthetic product design team. They ensured high-quality materials and 24/7 customer support, providing robust localized service. The installation features over 700 square meters of LED display screens, with the largest screen measuring 171 square meters.

To further enhance the studio’s visual impact, ﬁve different curvature LED screens were designed: 10°, 8.8°, 7.4°, 6.6°, and 3.8°. These varying curvature angles cleverly enhance the spatial three-dimensionality, making the depth of ﬁeld within the studio more pronounced. The setup perfectly supports multidimensional program production, achieving top-tier standards globally for news broadcasts, entertainment shows, and international sports events. The project involves many panels, including 3,380 CVEB1.5 panels, 117 C1.8 panels, and one LED spherical screen. By adopting a “Smart+” strategic plan, incorporating new AI stitching technology and wireless connectivity, the LED equipment in the studio has become more intelligent and information-driven, delivering a unique visual impact for the television network.

In the recent studio upgrade project at Lishui Television Station, AOTO partnered with the station to provide 106 units of the U1.8 LED display. The U1.8 displays are equipped with carefully selected top-brand LED chips, driver ICs, and wide-voltage power supplies, ensuring product reliability and high quality. Additionally, the module surfaces have been treated with nano-coating, utilizing advanced technology to achieve dustproof and moisture-proof capabilities, meeting comprehensive protection standards. The U1.8 display screens are processed with CNC high-precision machining to ensure accuracy during assembly. The modular design eliminates the need for wiring on the back, maintaining a clean and tidy overall structure.

Al Jazeera Media Network celebrated its 25th anniversary by comprehensively renovating its facilities. Studio 5, the core newsroom of Al Jazeera, has been completely revamped, with multiple areas now capable of operating independently. AOTO was carefully selected for the TV Studio project to enhance the studio’s quality and reliability. These displays can showcase dynamic contentin ultra-high resolution and quickly switch backgrounds, signiﬁcantly strengthening the presenter’s interactive experience. The total area of the LED video walls in the studio reaches 450 square meters. A large curved wall was constructed using a combination of CV series, C series, and M series screens. The most densely packed LED displays were used in the smallest spaces, along with wraparound LED screens up to four meters high, speciﬁcally designed for digital production and quick updates for news segments.
