Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Technician/Engineer to provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth installation, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge LED display technology. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver with a technical mindset and a passion for working with advanced electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding technical assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience.

• Provide on-site installation and configuration support for LED display systems.

• Offer support via remote desktop connections to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Conduct on-site demos or training sessions for customers.

• Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory and equipment handling.

• Write clear and concise technical instructions for customers.

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Perform precision hand soldering to repair pixels on LED tiles.

• Be available to work overtime or travel during peak seasons as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Hands-on experience with electronic or mechanical equipment (minimum 1 year).

• College degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Solid understanding of electronic and mechanical equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.

• Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
